John Davis

Production Manager

John is a native Virginian, born in Alexandria and raised in Woodbridge. He brings more than 14 years of experience as a lead carpenter, a role where he especially enjoyed the satisfaction of building something from the ground up while continually sharpening his craft.

Recently, John was promoted from carpenter to Production Manager. With extensive hands-on experience in the field, he has a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of the Production Department. His knowledge of the process, attention to detail, and leadership make him an excellent fit for the role.

Outside of work, John enjoys tackling improvement projects around his own home and working on various woodworking projects. He also values spending time with his family and is actively involved in his church. John is married to his wife, Lindsey, and together they have two children, Jackson and Josie. The family also includes their Boxer, Hank.
