Foster Joins the FATE Board

In 2006, David Foster became a member of the FATE board in Fairfax County. (Foundation for Applied Technical Education). He served on this board for several years. He is now a lifetime honorary board member. The FATE program is a comprehensive educational program that would develop “in-demand” vocational skills for participating high school students.  In addition, an entrepreneurial component was integrated to better prepare students for a successful transition into the workplace.
