2021 Qualified Remodeler Top 100 Customer Satisfaction

For the 7th Consecutive year, Qualified Remodeler and GuildQuality have collaborated to produce a comprehensive review of customer satisfaction trends. Master Design Award Presented by Qualified Remodeler magazine

The Master Design Awards is the premier national contest recognizing outstanding achievement in residential remodeling projects in 22 categories.

Nominees are residential remodeling companies from across the country and entries are judged on aesthetic appeal, construction techniques used, handling of unusual situations, attention to detail, functionality of space and overall impression of the project.

Our clients requested a 1500 square foot basement remodeling project, to include: a media room, billiards room, exercise room, custom wet bar, full size bath, entry area for pool, and a utility room. They wanted the space to feel warm and inviting. Our custom woodworking and creative lighting helped us turn our client’s basement into a bright, airy space ideal for entertaining.

About the Master Design Awards: The Qualified Remodeler Master Design Awards competition was initiated 37 years ago to recognize remodelers, architects, builders, kitchen and bath specialists and other professionals for outstanding project design and construction.

Our clients wanted to update their lower level family room into a comfortable space for the whole family to enjoy. The existing hearth and brick surround made the area dark and gloomy. A new hearth and custom woodworking added bookcases, a wet bar, and wine rack creating attractive and functional storage. Our designers chose colors and finishes to complement the existing space and make it feel warm and family-friendly.

About the NARI CotY Awards: The prestigious CotY (Contractor of the Year) Awards are presented each year by NARI National to NARI members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects.
