INSPIRATION: The feeling of enthusiasm you get from someone or something, that gives you new and creative ideas.

“Hi, I’m Rachel and for me this is where design begins! Throughout my 15-year design experience I have had clients ask the same question. Where do I start? My response is simple: Find your inspiration and go from there. I believe in design we can find inspiration anywhere. I am constantly in a state of cultivating and sculpting my craft. I love to research new products, design concepts and see how they will incorporate into my designs. Maybe you have been dreaming of having a certain color cabinet for your remodel, fell in love with a countertop you saw at a restaurant years ago, or are fixated with a tile pattern that you saw online. Observation is the key to inspiration and allowing this creatively to flourish is what I am here to assist you with throughout your project.

My outlook on the design process and my role as a designer, is to help guide you through the choices to create that perfect new space. An environment that you will love and cherish for years to come!”

Rachel is specialized in various customer segments from new construction to remodeling all rooms of the home. Her background and experience provide a great foundation for the relationships she forms with clients and her attention to detail. She understands the importance of being informed and helps you understand every step of the process. With an understanding of cabinetry, countertops, appliances and fixtures, she offers the perfect blend of function and inspiration to deliver an ideal turn-key experience with less stress and a lot of fun.

She is an Alexandria native, born and raised and enjoys spending family time with her husband, two active young boys and two cats…. it’s a full house!
