Pretty Little Powder Room in Alexandria

For this pretty little powder room in Alexandria our client called requesting help turning a basement closet into a powder room. The original builder had already run rough plumbing to the area, so minimal concrete and demo work was required. Measurements were taken and a design and pricing were presented to the client, who opted to sign the design agreement at the presentation.

Bidet Toilets Are The Latest Trend

Their only requirement was to have a high-end bidet toilet—beyond that, they were very open to all design ideas. They opted to go with a Crystal Cabinet Works three drawer vanity in “Stone Bluff” for a fun furniture look. The beautiful quartz countertops are “Portrush” by Cambria USA and feature a dramatic navy blue and gold veining that perfectly complements the blue tones in the paint and the gold finishes on the faucet, cabinet hardware and room accessories. The distinctive patterned ceramic tile flooring by TileBar makes this space truly one-of-a-kind. A space saving pocket door completes this pretty little hideaway powder room. The toilet is a Toto toilet with a heated bidet seat and yes, it has a remote control!
