- We Meet You: One of our designers will meet you at your home on the agreed-upon day. We’ll discuss your vision, learn more about your needs, and take some preliminary measurements to mock-up a design estimate.
- Design Presentation: Once we’ve created a first design draft, we’ll schedule a meeting at your home to discuss our proposal. If you agree upon moving forward, we’ll start fine-tuning the design and schedule a showroom visit to look at all the finishes and details that distinguish your space.
- Project Begins: We provide a detailed job schedule that we adhere to, keeping you updated throughout the process. On the start date, we’ll begin tearing out the old to transform your Alexandria bathroom into the space of your dreams.
- It’s All Yours: After project completion, we’ll schedule a walk-through with our company president, David Foster. He’ll review the space with you and provide a binder with use and care instructions and warranty information.
