The Professional Remodeling Organization (PRO) Metro DC named Foster Remodeling Solutions, Inc. in Lorton, VA as a PRO Remodeler of the Year winner in the Residential Home Additions category of its annual awards competition at their PRO Remodeler of the Year Awards.
About PRO Metro DC
Each year PRO Metro DC presents these coveted awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship, design and professionalism through their remodeling projects. The entries of this year’s competition totaled more than 53 million in remodeling investments, spanning mid-range and high-end projects, as diverse as new build homes to Universal Design baths to kitchen remodeling projects.
PRO Metro DC is the only local professional trade association solely dedicated to the remodeling industry. About the Project
This sunroom addition enhances the home’s front elevation, boosting curb appeal while seamlessly complementing its Colonial architectural style. Special attention is given to the exterior, with custom-made pilasters and window panel details that echo the home’s timeless design. Inside, large windows flood the space with light, highlighting a tray ceiling and elegant crown moldings. The textured brick wall adds warmth and character, while heated Italian porcelain floors ensure cozy mornings spent sipping coffee or tea. This thoughtfully designed space offers both beauty and comfort, creating a charming extension that blends perfectly with the home’s classic aesthetic.
