Lea attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and served 5 years in the US Air Force. After over a decade working in finance, advertising, and design, Lea made her mark on the design community and launched her own design firm in Northern Virgina in 2014.
Lea has extensive experience in both commercial and residential renovation. Her client’s vision, lifestyle, and personality are the cornerstone of her design approach. Her designs are rooted in the pursuit of creating high quality, functional, innovative, timeless spaces for her clients, that are as unique as they are. She believes a well-designed space can have a powerful impact on her client’s lives, touch the soul, and evoke deep emotion. She would characterize her design style as classic with a fresh modern twist and a bit of the unexpected.
Lea is acutely aware of the vast array of designers available. She understands the significance of ensuring clients collaborate with designers who are patient, organized, have an uncompromising passion for detail, and have a thorough understanding of their client’s vision and personal needs. Lea is a lifelong creative, celebrating the artistry and impact of great design. She spends her days off seeking adventure with her retired US Air Force husband and two growing children. She deeply enjoys traveling, the theater, as well as finding and exploring the latest culinary hot spot.
